HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have a Dyame account, simply log in and view your Order History to see the status of your order. If you do not have an account, refer to the Order Confirmation email you received when you placed your order. That email will contain a link for you to view your order status and tracking information. If you’ve lost the email, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us page of our website.
HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED? HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address you used during checkout. You should receive that email within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If you have not received it or are having other issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.
CAN I MODIFY/CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
It may be possible to cancel an order within one hour of submission if the order was placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM ET. If you want to cancel an online order the same day it was placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
STANDARD SHIPPING
- Most orders placed by 12 PM EST via Standard Shipping will arrive within 7-10 business days from the order’s ship date.
- Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $35, the cost is $7.00 and the delivery time is 7-10 business days.
We currently only ship to the United States (excludes Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.) Please note, orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 4-6 days.
For Dyamecare website purchases, you can return new, unused products for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of purchase.
Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by dyamrecare.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect. We only accept returns for products purchased at dyamecare.com and not from other retailers.
