Refund and Returns Policy

For purchases from dyamecare.com, you can return new, unused products for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by dyamecare.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect. All returns must be sent back within 60 days from return process initiation. 

We only accept returns for products purchased at dyamecare.com and not from any other retailers.
